Come renew\, revitalize and learn to lower you stress while discovering your inner peace and well  being. No need to preregister\, just come and bring a mat or towel. If you enjoy the free class you can sign up for the spring season by going to www.cityofpaloalto.org/enjoy . Registration opens for Residents on March 7th .
