Please bring your own mat. Registration will open for Palo Alto Residents on 5/30 at: www.cityofpaloalto.org/enjoy\, Class # 14759. Surfer Mike teaches mindfulness meditation and yoga with awareness and he has been teaching meditation and yoga since 1997. He teaches yoga to kids\, athletes\, dharma bums\, people in pain\, surfers on the beach. He is a longtime student of Vipassana mediation\, Angela Farmer /Victor van Kooten\, a certified yoga teacher. When not teaching yoga\, he can be found surfing.
