Each year, the Silicon Valley Leadership Group's Education Summit brings together nearly 400 industry members, education advocates, and elected officials to actively engage in meaningful discussions to strengthen our education and workforce development systems. The 2016 Education Summit will focus on public-private partnerships in the following areas: Workforce Development, EdTech, Diversifying the STEM Pipeline, and Supporting the Implementation of New Education Reforms.
The Workforce Development Panel will be of particular interest to small and medium-sized businesses interested in developing sustainable hiring practices; it will address diversity recruitment and retention, as well as ways to strengthen relationships with local schools.
