A benefit for Avenidas and the Palo Alto History Museum
Members of the community are coming together to plan and host an evening of delicious Chinese food and unique entertainment to celebrate the Chinese New Year, and also raise money for two local nonprofit organizations, Avenidas and the Palo Alto History Museum.
This event takes place Thursday, January 30 from 5:30pm-8:30pm at the Woman’s Club of Palo Alto, 475 Homer Street.
A ticket price of $125 allows guests to enjoy a delicious dinner by Chef Chu’s, entertainment by the Grant Avenue Follies--San Francisco Chinatown’s Nostalgic Nightclub Cabaret--and Hank Quock. A brief Fund-a-Need for each group will also raise vital funds to support their important work. All proceeds from the event will be split between the two non-profits.
