The Palo Alto TMA is partnering with mobile carpooling app, Scoop, to sponsor commutes to Downtown Palo Alto for just $1 per ride. The $1 per ride offer applies only to rides taken to and from a downtown Palo Alto business address between 6:30 and 9:30 am and between 4:00 and 7:30 PM. Regularly priced rides are more broadly available.
