MAKING PASTA AND TORTILLAS FROM SONORA WHEAT

We will make the pasta and noodles of the Italian and Chinese Californian gold-miners of 1849, and the whole wheat flour tortillas of the Mexicans. This whole wheat pasta can be used fresh, or dried and stored for future use. Now we can enjoy growing, eating and buying our historic Sonora wheat.
