Redwood Symphony - Stookey, Elgar, Elfman, Saint-Saëns
Redwood Symphony offers a new take on Mahler - Stookey's Mahl/er/werk plus Elgar: Cello Concerto with Jonah Kim, cello, Elfman: Theme from Batman and Saint-Saëns: Symphony No. 3.The pre-concert talk at 7pm features a mini-concert as a tribute to the late Don Buchla, a Bay area electronic instrument pioneer.
