STARTING AN HERB GARDEN

You will be greeted with freshly harvested herbal tea. Learn easy ways to include herbs in tea and your cooking. Sample these herbs in a salad. Learn how to plant, tend, harvest, and use these herbs for healing. Learn organic plant care, which herbs grow well together in the garden, and how to create a container herb garden. Taught by Jody Main. Jody will talk you through the tricks and treats of making super-special herbal salads. You will take home recipes, a plant list, and everyone will plant herb cuttings and seeds to take home and grow. Jody is a local food and garden writer, educator and consultant.
