Theater and Labor Film Series
Stanford Repertory Theater (SRT) presents a free Monday night film series as part of its 18th annual summer festival, Theater Takes a Stand, celebrating the American labor movement. SRT’s free film series includes labor classics The Grapes of Wrath, Matewan, Pride, Modern Times, Kuhle Wampe, Man of Iron, Cradle Will Rock, and American Dream. Films will be screened at CEMEX Auditorium (and other venues), Mondays, 7 pm, June 20 – August 15, 2016. Stanford faculty introduce each film and lead a discussion after.
