Free Yoga Workshop with Surfer Mike

Free yoga class, come give it a try. The Rinconada Library is offering a free session of Mindful Yoga and Meditation with Surfer Mike on Sunday March 10th. The free event will be held at the Rinconada Library’s Embarcadero Room from 3:15 pm – 4:30 pm. Come renew, revitalize and learn to lower you stress while discovering your inner peace and well –being. No need to preregister, just come and bring a mat or towel.
