Photography Family Day

Join the Palo Alto Art Center for a free Photography Family Day, August 6, 2-4:30 p.m., at the Art Center. The day’s events will feature artmaking activities led by teaching artists, sunprints, photo collage candle holders, “finish the picture” drawings, and a photo scavenger hunt with prizes. Artist-in-residence Kija Lucas will also take your family portrait—with a carnival twist—in our pop-up photo studio. There will also be a live performance and Samba & Rhythm workshop with the Brazilian band Trio Terra at 4 p.m. All ages are welcome.
